The RAYN Growing Systems team grows with the addition of Hannah Ball as a technical salesperson. In this new position, Ball will develop new business opportunities in the research-based and commercial production horticultural lighting markets.
“At RAYN Growing Systems, we work with plant physiologists to improve their scientific process with our lighting, sensing, and control tools,” says Jake Dunnum, VP of Commercial and Industrial Operations. “Hannah joins RAYN with just the right combination of expertise in plant science, experience with equipment for spectral optimization, and candor to be a perfect fit for our team.”
Grounded in decades of LED research and development conducted by parent company ETC, RAYN Growing Systems delivers advanced lighting and control instruments to horticultural research and commercial facilities.
Based out of Wyoming, Ball joins RAYN with an extensive background in plant research. In her most recent role, she researched and produced crops in various hydroponic environments, utilizing horticultural light fixtures.
“Having worked with RAYN tools firsthand in a horticultural research setting, I’m excited to help other growers build the advanced lighting systems they need,” said Ball. “All of ETC’s lighting technology is top-of-the-line and RAYN’s horticultural instruments are no exception.”
